Staff
Jake helped plant River City in 2009. He currently serves in establishing vision, leadership, and teaching. Jake is married to Amy and they have five children.
Devin came to River City in 2017. He oversees the equipping ministries of River City from third grade through adulthood. He has the distinct joy of creating and leading the River City Institute. Devin is married to his amazing wife, Betsy, and they have two sons, Emmett and Milo, and one affectionate farm cat named Archie.
Marty has the joyful privilege of serving River City as the Pastor of Care and Community. Along with our Care Ministry and Community Groups, Marty also oversees both River City Missions and Church Integration. He is married to Kelly and they have three sons: Hudson, Judah, and Augustine.
Liz is the Director of River City Kids Ministries, overseeing the discipleship of children ages 0 to second grade. Liz with her husband Jon and their 3 boys live in Moorhead, MN where they enjoy adventures big and small in God’s creation. The Grandons became CG leaders in the Fall of 2018, and Liz has served on staff since September of 2019. Liz and Jon are originally from Iowa, where they attended an A29 church, and moved to the area in 2011, immediately connecting with the family of believers at River City.
Jordan and her husband Casey have attended River City since Winter of 2014. They have 3 children together and began leading a Community Group in 2018. Jordan has been on staff since January 2021.
Daphne and her husband Aaron have attended River City since spring of 2022, and Daphne joined the staff in September that same year. Daphne is studying for her Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and she is passionate about the local church and all it takes to make church happen each week.
Elders

Charlie has served as an elder at River City since 2012. Charlie is passionate about bringing the Gospel to bear in caring for those who are harrassed and helpless. Charlie has known Jesus since November of 2007, has a lovely and gifted wife named Andrea, and three wonderfully crazy kids.
Nathan came to Christ at the age of 9 through the death of his father. He has been immersed daily in the Word ever since, and desires that all may come to know Jesus Christ as Savior. He has attended River City since 2011, served as a Community Group leader since 2013, and has served on the Elder Team since 2021. Nathan is married to his loving wife Morgan and they are raising their five children.
Josh, his wife, Kate, and their three children have attended River City since Summer 2018. Josh and Kate began leading a Community Group in Spring 2019, and Josh became an Elder in Winter 2022. Josh and Kate are both passionate about one-on-one discipleship and foster care.
Deacons
Steve and Kami have been members of River City since 2009 when the church started. Kami serves in River City Kids and on the finance team, and Steve serves with the strike team and oversees building maintenance needs. They have 3 kids, enjoy camping during the summer months, and also cheering their kids on at their many sporting and music events throughout the year.
